He could be another Homeless man, we will have to Wait for the Post Mortem? Rain rain and more rain; so sad to see homeless people begging outside supermarkets. This must be loneliness at its worst; excluded from hostels because of fears of enclosure and therefore living in tents. These people have nowhere to sit, have a coffee. Pandemic COVID-19 has created another level of deprivation and this relates to our homeless people and especially people with addiction or psychiatric conditions.
