Do we have an obligation to our fellow human workers to understand what is so hidden yet has a huge emotional cost to these “concealed” workers? Emotional intelligence and the experience of the COVID-19 pandemic should enable people to look beyond what is so often hidden and is so harmful to workers, the time is now for reform and redress.
