The Heavy Gang Thugs were always well known over the past 30 years. The only people who seem to be in the Dark is RTE but at least they will regain some REDEMPTION by showing the people of Ireland the three Prime Time Specials of the Heavy Gang and their “Murder Squad”. Courtney received his orders directly from the Fine Gael government; in my opinion, he can only be referred to as a sociopath but right through the three programmes Gerry O’Carroll stood out. After the innocent people in the Una Lynskey case, the men who were falsely accused and put in prison were pardoned yet he remained in place for promotion and a hefty pension from the State. The same happened in relation to the Sallins Train Robbery. Nicky Kelly, Oscar Breatnach and others were pardoned but it took years. Again, last night, Joanna Hayes and her family after 4 decades were pardoned and finally compensated. Back to O’Carroll, the so-called Super Detective, well let me tell you Gerry you are not. You need in my opinion to start facing up to the raw TRUTH. Pat McCartan, retired Judge, several doctors and other people with no criminal records came forward and knew that all the above were innocent and the confessions were beaten out of them by Heavy Garda Thugs and yet Gerry O’Carroll says they are all Lying. You can’t change a mindset that doesn’t have the courage or the common decency to tell the TRUTH. O’Carroll must live with this scorn (a man who sued Joanna Hayes, her publisher when she published her book to try and reveal her Truth; O’Carroll and his fellow Garda member received £17,500 each): there is a saying “Repent in Leisure” and this may prove hard for Gerry O’Carroll as he approaches his retirement. I do hope when RTE want an opinion again on crime in Ireland, they stay well clear of Gerry O’Carroll. Just one more question I would like to put to Gerry – there was a major Garda leak in the 1990’s to certain journalists and I wonder could Gerry provide any information on the source of that leak(s). There is nobody pointing a finger at Gerry because he is the impeccable Kerry cop who said “banging a table, shouting at an ordinary country girl” was Normal. There is no Cure for that type of Garda mentality which still exists in some parts of Ireland today. 2022: “Irish governments still refuse to hold an impartial public inquiry.”
