Some Tenants are Rogues, they Plan ahead, and Pay no Rent, then Fuck off….Time for publication of list of debtors ie people who rent homes & do not pay their rent. Accountability and transparency is needed but then there are landlords who are compromised and have not declared their tax so this means when a tenant fails to pay them, they must remain Dumb. It is no wonder landlords are leaving the market. The name “Accidental Landlords” is a reality for many who were caught in the property crisis of 2008/9. Institutional landlordism has landed in Ireland. What happens when tenants fail to pay their “landlords”….?
