Someone should Stop this Red Tape Bureaucratic Bullshit; the HSE Needs a total Clear out, along with Tulsa and other Entitled Groups, Cosy Charity elites etc. There would be no need for so many charitiesf this nature if adequate taxes were paid by people and corporations and when public expenditure is properly audited. People living in Doorways in Dublin City is not acceptable. The hostels we know are a lucrative market for private landlords and we know what this can entail yes bunkbeds by the dozen in large uninviting rooms.
