How many youngsters Facing the Courts, could be put on Work Schemes with the Supervision of the Probation Services, and Clean up the Graveyards. Better than a Prison Cell for a month, just a Thought? Plus it would Save Taxpayers Money. Oh I Forgot this would make good old Common Sense, but this is not Legal in Ireland?
