On this World Autism Awareness Day, we want more than awareness. (Children with autism are particularly wounded/traumatised by the war in Ukraine. They arrive in Ireland and have special needs; we need to be able to provide what is necessary for them and their families).

Invasion; conscripts and ruthless army from Russia seek to take over Ukraine on 24th February 2022; in their wake as they try to lead us to believe they are leaving but a strategist may say that their target is a land link through Mariupol but what they really want is Odessa, the port is important to Russia. We need wait … and hope that it is withdrawal from Ukraine.
