This must be loneliness at its worst; excluded from hostels because of fears of enclosure and therefore living in tents. These people have nowhere to sit, have a coffee. Pandemic COVID-19 has created another level of deprivation and this relates to our homeless people and especially people with addiction or psychiatric conditions.
